Looks like the 2nd one is made in paint just 3 layers : render,fire background and ugly text. The 1st one looks way better but as the guys said the render is a bit messed up.

Anyone know why my fraps doesnt work on 0.3c but works on other gta sa like MTA. EDIT: i think i know the problem... something wrong with my GTA as i have 2 different folders for each MP mod.
