If yes, then HDPVR, but it's quite expensive afaik, 2000 NOK. I have an easycap though, it works excellent and it records in pretty much good quality, it only costs 200 NOK, bought it from Coolstuff.no

On SAMP (or other games) the best what I know is Fraps.
But if you wanna record your desktop, there is Hypercam.
Don't know anything better now

Anyone know why my fraps doesnt work on 0.3c but works on other gta sa like MTA.
EDIT: i think i know the problem... something wrong with my GTA as i have 2 different folders for each MP mod.

Fraps works fine for me on SA:MP 0.3c.
PS. Your GTA directory shouldn't matter
