I believe he needs a dashboard system like I believe West Coast Roleplay once had. It just simply gives you the speed of the player that is driving in front of you. I doubt a camera system is doable.

Found a video on SA:MP and decided to download it since I've been playing singleplayer for over 3 years on a weekly basis and mastered basically everything there was to master.
