Either /rcon banip the IP that is hacking your server, or make a really difficult rcon pass with like 20 characters, or just disable the rcon with ' rcon_password 0 ' so therefore no one will hack it.

Go in game, log into the rcon, and /rcon banip [ip] Or go into the server.cfg and just disable the rcon as it pretty much is useless And if you get banned you can unban yourself it's your server.

Don't ask for rep, make tutorial threads that are helpful or make a filterscript. Or maybe someone will just be nice and give you a rep.

What I suggest is making a VIP shop, people donate about $5 they get 50 Donator Points (DP's), and like $10 they get 100 DP's, then at the VIP shop they could buy cars, guns, neon, name change, custom...
