Finally there are making it... I though they won't do this in the future.
I must tell you that if you guys are adding more functions like MTA.... then SA-MP is gonna be the best!

I was waiting for the CAR CONTROL for a lot of time! and goood! THE PLATE is back!

You can put objects easly into a special map, no need to mod or download a new gta3.img.
That way server owners can let the players download a map or new objects in no time!
But it also comes with some new default ones.

A few questions:

- When you mod a vehicle will everyone see that vehicle modded when they are in your server? (Like in MTA)

- Same question as above but now for skins.

- Again same (xD) but now for objects.

Yes. You can mod now your GTA, but this upgrade will give you new function - modding on server-side (client connect <-- transfer mod).

Reloadweapon is very easy scriptable. GivePlayerWeapon with 0 ammo, and apply the reload animation. done!

You are stupid.

Sync is all based on RakNet and an algorithm which was written by MTA devs.
GTA: SA does NOT contain any multiplayer source code.
