Hi guys, I'm going to develop a server that allows players to free roam, rob shops, do stunting, races and TDM's and allow players to create there own maps for stunting races and TDM's. It will be a server kind of like the way GTA V Online works, what do you guys think?

Or what type of server do you guys think I should make, I want something a lot of people will enjoy.

I will never understand why you people have to ask us for the opinion. Sure I understand at least that you want to know if anyone would play it or not but it won't hurt working on it without asking anyway. Even if anyone wouldn't play it theres something you can learn from that failure.

Use your imagination, think about the advantages and disadvantages of such idea, why would people play it, why they would not. You can't always depend on the public when working on a project.

And for bloody 100% I'm sure such servers already exist anyway.

I'm sorry, I didn't read thread, I just saw thread name, after reading all I understand is this guys will never stop posting useless threads, they just want to say server name to make people join but noone would join this servers right now.

Servers with a bunch of merged concepts already exist and to be honest, they are not even enjoyable.

Do it. I'm still surprised nobody have done this yet. Make sure to include heists (use the actors system) so it will be different from the freeroam servers samp already has.

Some servers exist like this, but if you fully designed it to fit the same style GTA V has I'm sure it would be pretty interesting. You have to remember scripts don't get players on their own though, you have to put the work in building your player base on top of creating your script.

You can make a cops and robbers server if you want to start a server. It might attract a lot of players depends of the game play and the scripting.

Have you ever played on one of those servers? Stunt/CNR/Freeroam/Roleplay/Racing/etc. Chaos everywhere.

They are NOT enjoyable, not even a little. And I won't lie, even if it makes someone upset. It's always better to be frank with everyone.

OT: This is great idea and as others said "just put your imaginations" inside this project. Don't take opinions, just do it and check if someone will interest to join your server!

I thought of something like this too. I stopped at a point where i realised that not all people directly understand
all of the feautures the gamemode has. And that might be the moment players are just going to drive around
dm a bit and leave.
I tried with a tutorial but hey..not everyone speaks english.
The idea of heists is good but i would place the player directly into action when they first spawn
so that its more clear to them what to do.

You aren't frank, you're ignorant. You keep posting in threads without really understanding anything at all, I haven't seen anyone agree with a single word you've said.

Servers of this style are chaotic sometimes, but there are definitely ways to refine it. And some people enjoy the chaos.

It can be a good idea and can work really well if done correctly but requires loads of time and dedication to get anywhere and also requires a good mindset as these type of systems require you to think outside the box and be good at organizing.

Well, I've to agree with you about Sick. Everybody has their own opinions, you can't just say "Yea, its boring to me, then it's boring to everybody". Some people like RP's, and at the other side, some people like TDM's. There are many types of people here. "Have you ever played on one of those servers?
