I understand why the system is in place, but I really don't find it fair.. The only way you really gain reputation is by helping with scripting issues, what if you can't script? and you have a server you'd like to advertise? I think this system only really works for scripters or mappers.

Allow me to say this. If I remember correctly the REP system was not even introduced yet or either gained NONE.

Lmao, I see where you all are coming from, and I didn't post my comment for an argument. I don't really care about reputation either because at the end of the day if people think these forums are the only effective way to advertise their server then clearly they need to be more creative. I may not ever advertise my server here anyway.

IMO, the SA:MP forums should not be based on reputation. I understand that for example Server Advertisements; You don't want someone who just registered there to post an ad for a 1-week hosted server, but we should use another type of 'limiting' system.
