That happens when you have the d3d9.dll in your san andreas directory.

It's an RP GameMode, also running on an official server. No one has the source but the owner, so you can ask him. I doubt you would pay $500, but maybe if he's stupid enough he would take your deal.

Your internet browser doesnt effect your internet connection speed, The changes were probably due to the time they were taken, and your upload speed went much lower. Edit: Your internet sucks

Mabye because the player your trying to spectate is not spawned, or is dead.

Is it only me, or does this cause the rcon window to crash right when i load the server..? Also from the code it look's really nice

Please post your GF posts on the GodFather thread, Remove EnableStuntBonusForAll(1); under OnGameModeinit, or set it to 0

When a player disconnects it shows whether the player crashed or left on the server log. (ID:REASON) (ID:0) -> They crashed (ID:1) -> Left normally (ID:2) -> Kicked
