i need help i launch a spical mode and its says i miss files but idk wich one i need to get now i need help with it

Add nativechecker plugin last otherwise any plugin loaded after will give its functions are not registered; even if they are. Also ignore the messages given, there's no problem with IRC.
About CTIME plugin, check these two:
