Is possible to somehow put in SAMP script picture from your computer?
I saw somewhere on 1 video that someone had marked race road in textdraws, how is this possible.. ?

I don't believe it's possible to import pictures into sa-mp scripts, but I believe this video you speak of may have used sprites.

There are a number of sprites of the San Andreas map with certain roads highlighted in red as a race circuit. These originate GTA Single player and thus, are available to all players.

You are not able to display custom images on users' screens.
