It used to be on Vista Home Premium, but for Windows it is the same, wtf?

Right Click "Run As Administrator"

Right click it, Click properties, Then goto Compatibilty, Then tick the Run As Administrator box, Then click Apply and Ok, That way it will auto start as administrator instead of you having to click it
