It's not a huge worry, my laptop does the same, just press okay, and it works fine again.

Right Click "Run As Administrator"

Problem solved.

Right click it, Click properties, Then goto Compatibilty, Then tick the Run As Administrator box, Then click Apply and Ok, That way it will auto start as administrator instead of you having to click it
