Thanks for the comments, and for Weedar, I created a new Layer, drew the colors on it, and then created a new layer, then I added "Clouds" and set it on vivid light.

Mhm.. Photoshop would be better, due to the fact you can download brushes etc.

Yeah, you can do that for paint.net too you know.

Yeah, someone made a plugin for it and you can get brushes from a site.
