Alright, I was bored so I started making pictures and stuff, so heres one I made from scratch and thought it would be cool to show it.

Thanks for the comments, and for Weedar, I created a new Layer, drew the colors on it, and then created a new layer, then I added "Clouds" and set it on vivid light.

Yeah, someone made a plugin for it and you can get brushes from a site.
