the problem is that the saved version of it needs mysql 49 and what I use in SouthCentral is 39 and I do not know how to upgrade.

Well I can advice you to backup your gamemode several times and try to convert it to newest mysql version yourself or you will be always in need of help whenever a new plugin version is avaiable.
