Probably just a bad graphics driver. Must be Intel graphics. >_> It could also be that the video card is just dying altogether although that usually manifests itself in a quite obvious manner with weird patterns covering the entire screen.

Yeah, its a graphics related problem, check if you got the graphic drivers installed.(make sure its not the default windows graphics, it should name your graphic hardware such as ATI or intel).

Well, after windows have updated, it started acting like that, I might try to check drivers as u suggested guys, thanks for the tips, first time get in this kind of trouble.

Still, the problem is the same, I checked graphic's drivers, everything is okay, and I noticed that this problem poped up when windows have updated. Maybe in windows update's there's problam? Because I still can play other games like League Of legends, rFactor, and other ones, but not SA-MP.

Try doing a rollback to before the update happened, maybe that'll fix it? If it doesn't I suggest contacting Microsoft Support about it. If its not helping I suggest getting your Video Card checked out.
