Did you try removing the GTA USER FILES? Idk if that's going to help anyway

Re: SAMP Problem - Meller - 11.09.2017

Run as windows 7 or windows XP, and as an administrator.

Re: SAMP Problem - Vince - 11.09.2017

Probably just a bad graphics driver. Must be Intel graphics. >_> It could also be that the video card is just dying altogether although that usually manifests itself in a quite obvious manner with weird patterns covering the entire screen.

Re: SAMP Problem - Zeth - 12.09.2017

Yeah, its a graphics related problem, check if you got the graphic drivers installed.(make sure its not the default windows graphics, it should name your graphic hardware such as ATI or intel).

Re: SAMP Problem - Zexati - 12.09.2017

Well, after windows have updated, it started acting like that, I might try to check drivers as u suggested guys, thanks for the tips, first time get in this kind of trouble.

Re: SAMP Problem - Zexati - 15.09.2017

Still, the problem is the same, I checked graphic's drivers, everything is okay, and I noticed that this problem poped up when windows have updated. Maybe in windows update's there's problam? Because I still can play other games like League Of legends, rFactor, and other ones, but not SA-MP.

Re: SAMP Problem - Splodyf23 - 15.09.2017

Try doing a rollback to before the update happened, maybe that'll fix it? If it doesn't I suggest contacting Microsoft Support about it. If its not helping I suggest getting your Video Card checked out.
