`Hi,i just bought a Linux VPS but dont know howto use it.
Can anyone give me steps to transfer my files to VPS so,i can host my samp server?

Your VPS providor should've send you instructions to connect to your VPS.

Not all of providers will help you to setup your server. I suggest checking tutorials.

A VPS is just a virtual computer. You're supposed to have the know-how to set it up yourself. It's no different from installing and managing an operating system on a physical computer.

Not necessarily. There's a difference between a linux VPS and a windows VPS.

You can use a program called putty to connect to your vps, then use the details your provider gave you. The IP and password ect...

WinSCP is a good thing to get used to as well, that'll allow you to upload your files over SSH.

There's multiple tutorials about installing SAMP on linux servers around. You obviously didn't search. One of which is on the wiki.
