What Do I do to make the file read what do all i put in it? Help me please

That's mean there is no include called " index " in your pawno/includes.

My only advice, re-download the official SA:MP folder which is including Pawno. [DIRECT LINK]

if it is in your gtaserverfolder/includes and not gtaserverfolder/pawno/includes you gotta do
