Doesnt that come with the GTA SA? and we cant tell u tbh..

It looks kind of similar to the unused "Modern Safehouse" (in Dutch, but has pics and coordinates) but it is definitely user created. Check if the server has a /credits command or something.

You'd have to try and copy this interior to claim it as your own...it looks very nice though

It's not really that hard to make that interior. You could copy or make similiar one easily.

If you have any information, like the server name where it came from. Or where you got the images from, it might help us to track the mapper down.

Without any information, its going to be very difficult - if not impossible to find the mapper.
