If I get you right you want to texture a default object of the map?
In this case you could use RemoveBuildingForPlayer at create a new textured object in its' position instead

You need to learn the map editor, and what's been introduced.
You can find the object, and it's co-ords, in Jernejls map editor.
You can then remove it, replace it, and re-texture it.

All 'buildings' are client sided. RemoveBuildingForPlayer will remove the client side objects from the client's stream.
To find the objects coordinates and model you can use JernejL's Map Construction as suggested above.
