Is there anything that I can use like In game sprite editor w/e I would like to use sprites but idk how.. any clues? tips?

Find sprites using this: [Tool/Web/Other] Sprite Browser (1.5) Now has all sprites included!, use sprites with this: TextDraw Sprites

You could also make that player selection screen yourself (so you can tweak it to your liking) using this: [FilterScript] TDEditor 1.14 - New TextDraw creator with Preview models.
