Vehicle Spawn Params

Why when i spawn the vehicle i just got i spawns it with started engine and other shits when i declined them with value 0 ?

Use VEHICLE_PARAMS_ON.

I set it OnPlayerEnterVehicle and now it's ok .. Thanks ;p
