I went to their official server once (if it is the same people that is), they were very abusive and unkind to players.

I worked as an admin on a Dutch SA:MP server that was very populair, and always if there came a person with [RO] in he's name, it was always a cheater.
or money hack, or flyhack, or speedhack and weapons hacks

Players who have the [RO] tag are from a 'country' called 'Romania' and it's not a clan. Unfortunately there are many RO players who play with cheats.

There was this ban evader with 99999 bans for evasion tagged with the [SWAT] who pestered NoV server for years. His most used nick was [LS]Bigfoot if that helps out , the ban list is not working so i cant give you the logs , but ill pm you some if you want when its fixed K.Believed to be brazilian.
