Have others had trouble from people with these tags? Specifically them giving server admins a hard time, exploiting, glitching, being generally stupid towards other players.

SWAT are itallian I think.
I went to their official server once (if it is the same people that is), they were very abusive and unkind to players.

I worked as an admin on a Dutch SA:MP server that was very populair, and always if there came a person with [RO] in he's name, it was always a cheater.
or money hack, or flyhack, or speedhack and weapons hacks

i reckon i have banned loads of [RO] over time.
But, is it a clan? I always thought it stood for Romania :P

I had it to, there came a minimum of 5 [RO] players in the server every day over and over again..
i always have to ban them

Players who have the [RO] tag are from a 'country' called 'Romania' and it's not a clan. Unfortunately there are many RO players who play with cheats.

I think partyserver bans [SWAT] because of "cheating clan".

Ive banned 3 [RO] from my server who were hacking and spamming etc.

I had like 10 of them coming to my server every single day
I banned the same ones over and over again
When i asked if they were hacking, none of them responded
i also saw a couple of ppl from [SWAT], haven't had any trouble with them..

There was this ban evader with 99999 bans for evasion tagged with the [SWAT] who pestered NoV server for years. His most used nick was [LS]Bigfoot if that helps out , the ban list is not working so i cant give you the logs , but ill pm you some if you want when its fixed K.Believed to be brazilian.

well never meat a [SWAT] guy, but the [RO] guys yes, all of them i saw was cheaters.
