The ground turns gray when looking from over head on foot or in a car.
Anyone know how to fix this please?

I notice now it seems to be limited to a 10 block radius of CJ's house.
In SF it doesn't do it.

Try a memory stream fix and see if that helps. They'll typically be in the .asi file format so you will need an .asi loader.
