When I Run samp-server I get this error :

what is the problem?
my vps is new and windows 2008

EDIT- Its MSVCR100.dll but its written wrong in your code ._.
Anyways download it from here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?msvcr100 and paste it in your server folder.
