msvcr100.dll Error [HELP] - M0HAMMAD - 28.06.2014

Hi All
When I Run samp-server I get this error :

The Program Can't Start Because MSVCP100.dll Is Missing Form Your Comuter. Try Reinstalling The Program To Fix This Problem.
what is the problem?
my vps is new and windows 2008

EDIT- Its MSVCR100.dll but its written wrong in your code ._.
Anyways download it from here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?msvcr100 and paste it in your server folder.

This question has been asked 3 times in the last couple of days, search before you post as this is a pretty common occurance. Here:
