You can use

CMD:carrybag(playerid, params[])
{
SetPlayerSpecialAction(playerid, SPECIAL_ACTION_CARRY)
SetPlayerAttachedObject(playerid, slot, objid, 2);
}

How-ever you'd have to edit the SetPlayerAttachedObject, yourself. This is all you'll get without posting in the Scripting Request forum.
