We wanna make server im hoster i know how to do it and i got friends who wanna play in server if need help to crete do something do anything what need.

We need create server gamemode script it and make from 0% trucking/missions i will make homepage but we dont know how to script make server game moode create missions...

for helping we can give admin level and play in that server and say big help for that

I'd suggest you read this:

https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Pawn_Tutorial - Even though it's not for SAMP it is really good described and it helped me so I personally recommend this!

And then just search for functions in the SA-MP wiki. They describe really good in the SA-MP wiki with most functions and methods. Some may although be hard to understand but you can do most things with just basic knowledge and knowing what the functions do. :P
