I have installed a new windows and now this error is occuring.



I took the following steps ↓

• Run as Administrater
• Installed .Net framework 4.0

But the problem is still there.

I've reasearched this problem, why don't you try to do what this guy said?

Putting your pawno folder to some other drive instead of C drive.

Try these

try to run pawno.exe as administrator and pawncc.exe as normal
