help unable to execute compiler : ( - Champ - 12.10.2013
I have installed a new windows and now this error is occuring.
I took the following steps ↓
- Run as Administrater
- Installed .Net framework 4.0
Please help.

Putting your pawno folder to some other drive instead of C drive.

Try these
try to run pawno.exe as administrator and pawncc.exe as normal
