No one wants admin on server nowadays so if you need a gamemode you have to pay someone to make it.

Yes,either you have to pay or if you can't pay,then you have to download a pre-made gamemode from here:http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=71.
No one will create you a gamemode for free.You gotta pay fellow.
