So it doesn't have to change it a lot.

I'm talking about me after being done with port forwarding. I got an changing ip and i want to make it stop changing. in a one unchangable ip.

You have to do something in the control panel of the domain. DNS records.

I Think u can use The All dOmains , but i think u cant use free domains bcoz they dont have any DNS settings , Try for .com , .org , .biz , .... blah blah blah

A domain can be bought from registrars like namecheap.com or godaddy.com. They typically go for something like 10 euros a year. However, this will not prevent your own home ip from changing. You need something like http://www.noip.com/
