I wanted to change my ip to somethingiphere.org or something in that example.
So it doesn't have to change it a lot.
I'm talking about me after being done with port forwarding. I got an changing ip and i want to make it stop changing. in a one unchangable ip.

This should be in server support or something. It has nothing to do with scripting.

Only a moderator can move it. I guess I should help anyway.

A domain can be bought from registrars like namecheap.com or godaddy.com. They typically go for something like 10 euros a year. However, this will not prevent your own home ip from changing. You need something like
http://www.noip.com/
