Operation Los Santos (Spawning weapon problem!)

Hello everybody.I get bored with new theaters but I really need help..Can anyone helps me.OnPlayerSpawn he not getting any weapons.Why? Code:

I assume they are spawning the the correct team and class? (might want to double check)
Just to clarify are the weapons specific ones or do they choose?
