You get server admin rights and can create as many channels as you need.
The server is 24/7 online.

1. Why do you need it.

Your talking about web-hosting so a control panel wouldn't be what you posted. You posted a tool made by a user of these forums to control your server, not a 'control panel' of the web-hosting world.

With Control panel I mean a website php based tool, which allows someone to start/stop their server.
