I want to block ******** on a computer(Mine)

Well its running on Windows 7 and it is mine.but a certian person come and browses ********.which i dont like.

So you guys know anyways to block it? a software or something?

which browser?

You could edit your hosts file. Run the following as administrator:
notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Add the following at the end of the file: ********.com www.********.com

i ******d it but they are not working. So you guys know software ? like a webfilter ?

Add it to blocked URLs in firewall
You don't have firewall? Get one, like Comodo Firewall

I added in windows parent control but only effective in IE

As Slice said, just edit your hosts file..

(Where X is the system drive letter)

It has no extension, just open it with notepad.

You'll see something like this:
# Copyright © 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
# For example:
# rhino.acme.com # source server
# x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# localhost
#	::1             localhost
X.X.X.X www.example.com
At the end of the file, add this line:
Код: ********.com
Save the file, remember you need to take ownership if it says "unable to save"...

Now, restart your PC and done!

Tell your mum not to go through your ******** xx

The person can always allow it, even if you disable.

But why dont you like it if he goes to his own ******** account?
