I have a laptop and it is quite beastly (runs Skyrim on good settings).
I know desktops are a better choice for me but i was purchasing a computer back when i was moving a lot so i had to pick something mobile.

I don't see a common sense to use desktop. Laptops can be carried and many other good things, I suggest laptops.
