Sometimes I pressed the key HORN and nothing happened, maybe this was the problem.

its now even harder to turn the siren on/off >.<
its like: the smoother the game runs, the shorter you need to press the horn key in order to switch the siren. when the game lags, you got some more time... so it still depends on the FPS

Yeah. Also, even if there's no problem on the players' health, they also need to know if a player is alt-tabbed, so as to know his state, or to decide whether send him a PM or not. Things like that.
