Everytime this happens I re-install samp like 4 times and restart my pc heaps of times but then it does it again!! It freezes at the loading screen, the grey bar gets to like 95% and then freezes! Please help! I posted a bug report but it got deleted :S !!

Here's what I did before I got the non disk version of SA for ELM.
Opened Paint
Pasted a Print Screen of my screen there.
Everytime I load, and it fails, I just CTRL ALT DELETE, log off, and it stops.
Try again
OR:
Just get the non disk version of SA. It seemed to stop when I did that.
I use Win 7 too, so I guess it worked?
(Can't tell if this was July the 3rd or March the 7th, I'm an American, guessing it's July the 3rd (Last post))

I've got a downloaded version of GTA-SA so it's the non-disk so I gotta go buy a legal version (lol) today after school and I'll try the re-installing of it (It might be because it's pirated so I dunno)
