Found some bugs,even the owner of the topic is banned,can anyone else provide some help?

Bug 1: every time a player buys a vehicle,the vehicle is faction restricted and he cant even get in.
Bug 2: there are not faction commands,if a player wants to leave a faction,he isnt able,admins too,they need to contact the owner so he can dismiss him through the database.
