You can use this function

    {
        GetPlayerWeaponData(playerid, slot, plyWeapons[slot], plyAmmo[slot]);
    }
    ResetPlayerWeapons(playerid);
    for(new slot = 0; slot != 12; slot++)
    {
        if(plyAmmo[slot] != 0 && plyWeapons[slot] != weaponid)
        {
            GivePlayerWeapon(playerid, plyWeapons[slot], plyAmmo[slot]);
        }
    }
    return 1;
}
