I install Windows 7 Basic and upgrade it to Home Premium and install driver for my graphic card nvidia

So i have 4 GB Ram
9800 255bit 512mb NVIDIA
500 GB HarDisk
Processor: AMD Phenom™ || X4 940 Processor 3.00 GHz
Windows 7 32bit

When i run a gta my theme change to windows 7 basic and game run in a small screen

I change resolution to max but nothing i try to change Resolution with monitor menu but nothing still that problem i read somewhere and install NET.Framework 4 but NOTHING? What is the problem ! Look on picture other sides is black full black game is only small.
Please help me and sorry picture is captured with nokia n97 :S

with windows 7 when running GTA, your theme will always change to basic..

Yes and RESOLUTION will be not in Full Screen will be in smaller you look picture in left and right is BLACK and in central is verry small and LOW!!

Try to Enable Widescreen in your gamesettings.
Otherwise try to remove your gta_sa.set in your GTA San Andras User Files folder.
Run the game in a correct wide-screen resolution. Like 1280x720, 1920x1080, 1680x1050.
