Hey, my problem is next:

I wanna make a GM, using FS's and Includes that I like... BUT
Is there any GM that just spawns and has /ooc cmd, /newbie cmd, /shout, /help cmd, or something like that.
Or if not, can you guys give me the codes for those commands, lazy to write it myself and not so pro yet too

i dont think so but its easy like open a filterscript or a gamemode you have then click new then dlete the filterscriptinit
then you have your game mode then search for help on how to make the ooc or the shoutout
