HELP, simple gm or fs ? - M3ntaL - 01.08.2010

Hey, my problem is next:

I wanna make a GM, using FS's and Includes that I like... BUT
Is there any GM that just spawns and has /ooc cmd, /newbie cmd, /shout, /help cmd, or something like that.
Or if not, can you guys give me the codes for those commands, lazy to write it myself and not so pro yet too

Hope you understand what i mean :S

(gonna do a RP server out of FS's , if that matters)

i dont think so but its easy like open a filterscript or a gamemode you have then click new then dlete the filterscriptinit
then you have your game mode then search for help on how to make the ooc or the shoutout
