		if(iNewPlayerHealth[playerid] != iPlayerHealth[playerid])
		{
		  OnPlayerHealthChange(playerid, iNewPlayerHealth[playerid], iPlayerHealth[playerid]);
		  iPlayerHealth[playerid] = iNewPlayerHealth[playerid];
		}
	}
}
then in game all the players' movement do not appear
and cant see their run,fight,aiming etc....

Because you should return 1 in OnPlayerUpdate.
