I've played SA-MP since 0.1 and 0.3.8 was probably the most exciting thing that could've happened to the mod. The amount of possibilities it would have added to the game is insane. Disappointing to hear that this won't happen in full scale at least for now.

It's still there. It's called 0.3.7DL. These features will be implemented to the 'main' SA:MP branch at some point in the future. so it will come in the later version(s) of SA:MP. Kalcor stated this multiple times.

Do you understand that 0.3.7DL1 isn't the next main branch and Kalcor clearly said he won't work any further on it, atleast for the time being.

You should open your mind, and think. 0.3.8 has been RENAMED to 0.3.7-DL It's the same as the RC launches of 0.3.8. The features that are currently in 0.3.7-DL will be included in a new SA:MP version in the future.
