nfoservers, they're expensive but well worth it. They'll pretty much bend over backwards and do whatever you ask. Been using them since 2012

I don't know about OVH but I use vultr and seems pretty good. Only problem I've had is someone else on another server was abusing their network causing mine to get timeouts and high pings, but they fixed it my limiting that server and issuing a warning to the abusing server
