That's one the causing it, you should never trust user input, he might have entered that DOB at the time of registration, so sanitize the user input properly.

For fixing that, just replace all invalid dates in your accounts table BirthDate column.

Ps - next time use tags for inputting codes, it's a pain in the arse to read it
